Join us for a refreshing sisters-only Pilates class led by certified health and fitness coach Sumaiya Khan! This session is open to all fitness levels and offers a supportive space to move, strengthen, and connect with fellow sisters. Whether you’re just starting out or more experienced, come ready to stretch, build strength, and nourish your body—together.

Please bring: your own yoga mat
Optional: light dumbbells and grip socks for added comfort and support
